AGREEMENT POLICY

• You (the Client) are purchasing one custom logo
• Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork becomes the property of the Client upon deliverance of files. Client is responsible for securing a trademark on their Name and/or Logo. Ink Box Studios is not and will not be liable for any legal action that may result from the use and availability of a company name and/or logo.
• Ink Box Studios retains the right to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts not selected by the Client remain the full propery of Ink Box Studios.
• Ink Box Studios retains the right to cancel any order and refund money at any time prior to the deliverance of final artwork.
• Money back guarantee is valid prior to Client selecting the option to approve, approve with revision, or the completion of five logo concepts or revisions. Money back guarantee is not valid for circumstances unrelated to the design service. Client forfeits money back guarantee if no contact can be made after 30 days.
• Satisfaction Guarantee. Ink Box Studios provides unlimited revisions to one logo concept.
  • Revisions can be made only on an "Approval with Revision" concept.
  • Each revision process will be available for review within 5 business days.
  • Revisions request must progress towards desired logo
  • Revisions are available for review and approval up to 30 days after Client had been notified of their being posted. If, after 30 days Client has made no contact, Ink Box Studios will assume the concept has been approved and will prepare and send final logo formats.
• Upon Client's approval of logo design all files will be made available for immediate download. Logo files will be saved on CD and shipped within 5 business days. One logo will be saved in each of the following formats: AI, CDR, EPS, PDF, 300dpi JPEG, 72dpi GIF, 600dpi TIFF.
